Charity is good but justice is better - Summit keynote address from Ambassador James Joseph

To launch discussions at the Global Summit on Community Philanthropy, Ambassador James A. Joseph focussed his powerful keynote address on reimaging the potential of community philanthropy. By using the various assets at their disposal (including social, moral, intellectual, reputational and financial capital), Ambassador Joseph called on the field to think big and respond boldly. He reinforced the importance of hope, and urged Summit participants to remember that while charity is good, justice is better.
